All Trial packages (3 classes & 10 days unlimited) and First Timer 10 + 2 pack is only valid for new members to The Reformer Society and limited to 1 per member only.

All trials, class packages and memberships, including sale packages will activate on the date of purchase

Validity of each package is stated in the package name

All package cannot be shared unless stated otherwise in the name of the pack

All shareable package: validity and class count will be split and shared equally. Please email us upon purchase.

Early Cancellation Period

• 12 hours prior to class time

Late Cancellation & No Show Charges:

Class Pack / Single Class -

Late Cancel: 1 class credit will be deducted + $5 fee

No-Show: 1 class credit will be deducted + $10 fee

Membership -

Late Cancel: $5 fee

No-Show: $10 fee

Late Cancellation and No-Show fees will be charged to your card on file, if no valid reason is provided within 5 days from late cancel/no show

A valid credit card must be on file for the duration of the active package

Package will be automatically frozen if credit card on file becomes invalid

Packs and memberships can be frozen twice per package with a valid Medical Certificate or Travel Documents, on a case by case basis.

Freeze period minimum 1 month, maximum of 50% of the original pack validity in totality, capped at 6 months. Packs and memberships will resume after the freeze period with the extended validity

All packs and memberships includes GST

By purchasing The Reformer Society Packs & Memberships, all members must comply with all terms and conditions as specified on our website

All packs and memberships are NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE & NON-EXTENDABLE

Failure to comply with the T&Cs may result in the denial of participation or cancellation

The Reformer Society reserves the right to change the T&Cs without prior notice
